Can I Buy a Home in San Francisco with 10% Down Payment?
Categories: First Time Buyer
Frankly, I am not sure right now. Some lenders are saying no way while others are saying sure thing. My clients bought a condo in the Fall of 2008 with 10% down plus PMI. Would this still work?
Bottom line: I’m working on answers so stay tuned.
Thanks!
