During the past 6 weeks, the San Francisco real estate market has picked up. I don't know if we can attribute it to tax season, Spring time cheer, or IPO fever but the home buyers are back. And as always in SF, there is little to sell them. We just don't have a lot of housing stock in this town so there are rarely very many listings on the market, regardless of "market conditions." With competition comes multiple offers. With multiple offers comes a winning bid and well, the rest of the them. … [Read more...]

Easy Breezy Fro-Yo Coming to Noe Valley, San Francisco!
I will try to keep this short & sweet - FROZEN YOGURT IS COMING TO NOE VALLEY! I've been taunted by this smiling Fro-Yo cup each morning when I walk into our Zephyr Real Estate office. That's right - Eazy Breezy Frozen Yogurt is moving in right next door. Low Inventory a Boon to Sellers in San Francisco
With the new quarter's statistics coming out it is becoming more and more clear that it's currently a great time to be a seller and once again a more challenging time to be a buyer. Over the past year the average days on market for single family homes, condos and TICs has gone from about 70 days all the way up to 100 days around the holidays and now has come way, way down to an average of just over one month on the market. Most properties are selling FAST! Sellers may want to prepare … [Read more...]

From the sounds of it, they will be collaborating with Mutsumi Takehara (of Sandbox Bakery and Eat at 903, also on Cortland Avenue) to provide the citizens of San Francisco with more amazing bakery goodness and … [Read more...]
