Man, am I tired. Today, I spent 5 hours revisiting many of San Francisco’s finest new construction condo buildings (The Infinity, One Rincon, Blu, Millennium Tower, The Montgomery). There are some amazing homes with amazing views and deals to match.
Why did I revisit these developments? At Zephyr Real Estate, we help many South Beach and Mission Bay new construction buyers. Rather than work directly with the sales team at an individual building (where they can only sell you that particular project), we can help you figure out which building of ALL of them works best and what deals are happening where. So, I went to visit again to get the latest and greatest info.
Here’s one “hot off the press” tip… The Montgomery now takes FHA loans with 3.5% down payment. There are only 17 units left and 4 one-bedrooms with den. Maybe this is the building for you but maybe not… There are pros and cons to each project.
