Noe Valley Real Estate Market Update – May 2017

Welcome to May’s Noe Valley Market Update. The number of active listings was down 16% from one year earlier and down 36% from the previous month. The median listing price for the month was just over $3 million, and the median sales price was $2.8 million. Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 48%. The number of units sold increased 30% year-over-year and decreased 19% month-over-month.
