San Francisco Condominiums Market Update – July 2017

The number of active listings was down 39% from one year earlier and down 15% from the previous month.

As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.2 million, while the median sales price was just under $1.2 million.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 5%. The number of units sold decreased 12% year-over-year and decreased 32% month-over-month.
