Pied-a-Terre in San Francisco
We recently helped a couple purchase a gorgeous condo in central San Francisco. Dan & Katharine raised their family just outside of SF in a spacious single family home. Now that their kids had left the nest, they were ready to have a fun weekend home in the city. They imagined a convenient location where they could enjoy all of the culture, entertainment, shopping and dining that San Francisco has to offer. An added bonus — they knew their 20-something kids would be more inclined to visit!
My team and I sat down with Dan & Katharine to discuss their goals. This proved to be a great clarifying exercise for them and we established that a condo would best fit their needs. We narrowed down the search to the most central neighborhoods and the best listings for their budget. Dan & Katharine are now the happy owners of a gorgeous condo in Lower Pacific Heights!
