San Francisco Single Family Homes Market Update – June 2017

The number of active listings was down 45% from one year earlier and down 37% from the previous month.

As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.5 million, while the median sales price was just under $1.5 million.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 3%. The number of units sold decreased 13% year-over-year and stayed consistent month-over-month.
