During the past 6 weeks, the San Francisco real estate market has picked up. I don't know if we can attribute it to tax season, Spring time cheer, or IPO fever but the home buyers are back. And as always in SF, there is little to sell them. We just don't have a lot of housing stock in this town so there are rarely very many listings on the market, regardless of "market conditions." Is a SF Real Estate market rebound in the works? Bottom's up! Heard on the street from both other SF real estate agents and home buyers: There are a lot more home buyers at the open houses.
